xPA12 is a durable nylon plastic that can be used for a wide range of applications, prototyping and for end products. Production parts printed on Nexa3D’s Quantum Laser Sintering 3d printers are fully functional parts with high-end finish right from the process, which easily withstand high mechanical and thermal load.

xPBT - QLS 350
Nexa3D xPBT is the first-ever PBT powder commercially available for Powder Bed Fusion technology. The material is ideal for series production on our industrial applications such as automotive electronics.

xPBT has the same dielectric properties and heat deflection as the material used in injection molding processes, making it the material engineers are familiar with and prepared to use.

Developed for a wide sinter window, the powder is extremely easy to print. Additionally, xPBT is environmentally friendly with a high reuse rate and is recyclable to the extent that the material can be brought back to the powder bed process.
